Grant Township is located in the lower thumb area of Michigan in the northern extremity of St. Clair County.

Grant Township is approximately 15 miles northwest of Port Huron, Michigan & 5 miles west of Lake Huron.

The township covers 29.8 square miles and is home to more than 1,900 residents.
